APPLICATION FOR CASUAL POLICE OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

Age: Minimum age 21 years

Education: Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent

Must have successfully completed Act 120 training and be certified as a police officer in the State of Pennsylvania or able to certified as a police officer in PA

Residence: Must be a citizen of the United States

Physical Ability: Must be able to perform the essential job functions of a police officer and able to work alone especially under stressful situations.

Other: Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.

Position requires working rotating, different shifts in a workweek, working weekends, holidays and on call basis.

Conviction of a misdemeanor and/or felony is disqualifying unless applicant has been pardoned.

Attach clear photo copies of your driver’s license, MPOTEC (Municipal Police Officer Training Education Commission)
Certification ID, Act 120 Certification. You may attach your resume but you are still required to complete all questions
within this application.
